With many MPs now coming straight out of university into political party offices as special advisors (SPADS), before being offered seats to run for in the 20’s, we now have an abundance of MPs who’ve never worked outside politics.

We asked a question about whether there should be a minimum age requirement for MPs to ensure they have some life experience before taking office. So far, people think this is a good idea.
